Lake Norman Realty Expands Statesville Branch and Welcomes Experienced Associates

STATESVILLE, NC – Abigail Jennings, President of Lake Norman Realty, is pleased to announce the recent expansion of their Statesville office located in the City Center at 211 South Center Street in downtown States. The Statesville branch has nearly doubled in size to keep pace with the rapid growth of Statesville’s real estate market. The expansion includes the addition of a large reception room, associate offices, two conferenced rooms, and a kitchen.

In addition to the expansion, Lake Norman Realty announces the affiliation of four experienced associates at their Statesville office.

Twenty-two year Iredell County resident, Debi Hepfer, brings 15-years of experience as a realtor to the company. She said, “I believe communication is the key to a successful real estate transaction.” She is considered a premier real estate professional in the greater lake Norman area including Statesville, Troutman and Mooresville. Given her extensive experience, Hepfer can provide buyers and sellers with the resources and information needed in the buying and selling of real estate. She and her husband, Joe are the proud parents of daughter, Kelly Summer, and proud grand-parents of Taylor.

Billa Bolek relocated to Iredell County 10-years ago and said, “I am excited to join Lake Norman Realty for their extensive advanced training and dedication to customer care.” Previously Billa worked in land development, title insurance, and with a private lender; all of which brings additional expertise and added value to the office.

An Iredell County native, Jeanene Grant McColl began her real estate career in 1985, and now brings her 34 years of experience to Lake Norman Realty. She holds many designations; accredited Buyer’s Representative, certified Residential Specialist, Graduate of the Realtor’s Institute, and Senior’s Real Estate Specialist. In addition, she is a past recipient of the Iredell County Realtor of the Year Award. Jeanene is married to Norman “Buddy” McColl, and is the proud mother of Rob Tomlin, and proud grandmother of twin granddaughters, Tara and Grace Tomlin.

With extensive training, Fifty-seven year Iredell County resident, Mary “Nell” Mitchum, brings a wealth of experience to the company. Much of her previous success can be attributed to the completion of many courses at Superior School of Real Estate. She specializes in land in Northern Iredell County including Harmony, Olin and Union Grove. Some may remember her as the former U.S. Postmaster for Turnersburg, North Carolina. She and her late husband, the Rev. Edward Mitchum have two daughters, Yvonne Mitchum and Denise Mitchum Wilkerson. She is also the proud grandmother of Michael.
