CONCORD, NC - The Men of Price Memorial A. M. E. Zion Church in Concord, NC conducted their quarterly Adopt-A-Street cleanup and pickup on Saturday, October 31. The church has the distinction of being one of Adopt a Street’s longest serving participants in Cabarrus County and in the State of North Carolina.

In 2019, Price Memorial celebrated 30 years of participating in the Adopt a Highway/Street program, with Monica Moore serving as its coordinator of Adopt a Street ministry. The project is supported by the men, women, and children of the church. Due to COVID-19, this quarter the church witnessed its first ever, "men's only" pickup.

The signs are in downtown Concord at the corners of South Union Street and Foard Avenue, and Union Street and Manor Avenue, near Food Lion. Lengths are one-mile stretches.

Price Memorial AME Zion Church is located at 192 Spring Street, SW, Concord, NC.
